In my time managing swim programs, my most notable accomplishment is implementing an American Red Cross swim program for a private fitness club as well as designing the billing, registration, and evaluation processes that went along with it.
At a different facility, I oversaw group swim lessons, created program schedules, designed member handouts, and worked with the marketing team to develop campaigns that increased revenue.
For both programs I managed, I exceeded budgeted revenue goals by 35-40% each month (see example month below).
