Over 10 years in the aquatics industry, I collected a variety of experiences from working in lakefront, waterpark, municipal, contract services, YMCA, and private fitness club environments.
Within that time, I was trained in all three major lifeguarding associations (American Red Cross, Starguard Elite, Ellis and Associates) and was also an instructor for two. As a result, I deeply understand aquatics operations and how to help teams of all sizes thrive.
As a servant leader, I develop and train staff to achieve the company’s vision, as well as their professional goals; I take a people-centric approach of building relationships and creating an environment where people feel valued.
Former colleagues and supervisors would describe me as someone who is empathetic, enthusiastic, energetic, driven, creative, versatile, flexible, adaptable, eager to learn, insightful, forward-thinking, and responsible.
Currently, I live in North Idaho, but I gained the majority of my experience across facilities in Southern California. Outside of work, I enjoy trail running, painting, journaling at local coffee shops, kayaking, strength training, and spending time with my dog.
